Eligibility & Income Limits

The Belstead features 75 apartment homes under the Chapter 40R Affordable Housing Program in Massachusetts. The units are available to renters and households with incomes at or below the 80% of the area median income through the application process.

Income Qualifications

These rents are set annually for North Attleborough (which falls under the HUD guidelines for the Providence-Fall River HUD Metro FMR Area) using a calculation that determines the "affordable" rent, which is based on the Area Median Income (AMI) therefore the rents of units are subject to change. Residents are responsible for paying the full amount of rent each month. Rents are not based on an applicant's income (unless they already have a Section 8 voucher or similar).
